Baked Halibut


Serve with lime wedges


1 1/2 pounds halibut fillet, cut into 4 equal pieces
1/3 cup wasabi mayonnaise with 1/3 cup chopped cilantro mixed in
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs or potato chip crumbs


  1. Heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange fillet pieces on foil. Spread top of fish with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
  2. Bake 15 min. or until fish is opaque at centers and crumbs just begin to brown.
