Baked Halibut
Serve with lime wedges
1 1/2 pounds halibut fillet, cut into 4 equal pieces
1/3 cup wasabi mayonnaise with 1/3 cup chopped cilantro mixed in
1/3 cup cornflake crumbs or potato chip crumbs
- Heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange fillet pieces on foil. Spread top of fish with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
- Bake 15 min. or until fish is opaque at centers and crumbs just begin to brown.
