Caviar Egg Parfait
1/2 ounce black or red Caviar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp. half and half
1/2 tsp. unsalted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 branch fresh chervil
- Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper in small bowl, and scramble with butter in saute pan until done.
- Fold with fresh chives and place in parfait glass. Garnish with 1/2 ounce Caviar and fresh chervil
