Fruit Pudding


Top with whipped cream or ice cream when serving.


1 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. nuts


  1. Mix sugar, slour, baking soda, salt and egg. Add fruit cocktail. Spread into an 8x10-inch baking pan/dish.
  2. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinle over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
